Frequently Asked Questions
What will I be invoiced for?
Service work will be invoiced the same day the work is completed and typically includes drive time to your job, setup, working time, parts runs, cleanup and final paperwork. Time will be rounded to the nearest 15 minute increment.
Do you provide free estimates?
Yes, we provide free estimates and bids for projects that we believe will cost around $1,000 or more.
For smaller projects or jobs, we provide verbal price ranges over the phone. If we arrive at a jobsite and it appears our verbal estimate range was too low, updated information will be provided before the job is started. At that point, a customer can choose to cancel without a trip charge. This allows us to get to your jobsite more quickly.
Do you offer a warranty?
All parts are warrantied for 1 year, with the exception of motion detector lights and photo eye controlled lights. We have been unable to find a manufacturer that produces high quality motion detector lights or photo eye controlled lights that can be reliably warrantied.
Labor and workmanship is warrantied for 5 years.
